Momma Bear Boutique will happily accept returns on new product that is still in new condition for 15 days from order. New in this context means unwashed, unscented, and unworn - evidence that product has been used for an event, photoshoot, washed, Febrezed, etc., will mean product is not in new condition, as is product that smells like smoke, dogs/cats, etc. Please be courteous and honest regarding condition of clothing.
Product that is not in new condition will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and may elect to either ship the item back through a carrier and method of their choice, or may request a shipping label and have to ship costs and have the costs of that shipment deducted from any refund granted.
If your order was shipped to you using a free shipping service, and the return is not due to a defect in the product, those free shipping fees will be deducted from the return refund as well as any return shipping fees.

We ship on all business days and on Saturdays. Our shipping cutoff for the day is about 3:30pm EDT, though often we will ship past that time. If you get your order in before then, it will ship that day barring some unforeseen circumstance. If you need something shipped on the quick, call us! We will go out of our way to make sure we make it happen for you.
Orders that get free shipping will almost always use USPS services.
