Momma Bear Boutique will happily accept returns on new product that is still in new condition for 15 days from order. New in this context means unwashed, unscented, and unworn - evidence that product has been used for an event, photoshoot, washed, Febrezed, etc., will mean product is not in new condition, as is product that smells like smoke, dogs/cats, etc. Please be courteous and honest regarding condition of clothing.
Product that is not in new condition will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and may elect to either ship the item back through a carrier and method of their choice, or may request a shipping label and have to ship costs and have the costs of that shipment deducted from any refund granted.
If your order was shipped to you using a free shipping service, and the return is not due to a defect in the product, those free shipping fees will be deducted from the return refund as well as any return shipping fees.
